These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chartyourastrology.com and all services provided by ChartYourAstrology LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Chart Your Astrology provides personalized astrology reports delivered as downloadable PDF files ("Reports"). Reports are generated based on birth data you supply and are made available through your online account dashboard.
The Service requires you to create a free account. Account creation requires a valid email address.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Reports. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may use the free features of the Service only with parental consent.
The Service is not available to individuals under the age of 13.
3. Purchases & Digital Delivery
All Reports are digital products. Upon completing a purchase, your Report is generated and made immediately available for download from your account dashboard.
→ You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Report for personal, non-commercial purposes.
→ Reports do not expire. Once purchased, they remain available for re-download from your dashboard indefinitely.
→ Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is final.
→ All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Refund Policy
Summary: We offer refunds only in specific circumstances described below.
Because our Reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a Report has been generated.
Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:
→ The PDF failed to generate due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
→ You entered incorrect birth data and contact us before downloading the Report. In this case, we may offer a replacement Report using corrected data or a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@chartyourastrology.com with your order details.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria, at our sole discretion.
5. Disclaimer — Entertainment Purposes
Important: Astrology reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
The Reports generated by Chart Your Astrology are based on astrological traditions and interpretations. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

ChartYourAstrology LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of astrological interpretations. Use of any information from a Report is at your sole risk.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service or any Report in the following ways:
→ Reselling, distributing, or reproducing Report content for commercial purposes.
→ Presenting Report content as your own original work.
→ Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
→ Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
→ Creating accounts using false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on chartyourastrology.com — including the website design, software, report templates, and interpretation text — is the intellectual property of ChartYourAstrology LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the Report for your own private use only. No ownership or broader license is transferred to you by purchasing a Report.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChartYourAstrology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any Report, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report giving rise to the claim.
